Not Satisfied with Your Order?

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in like-new condition with no visible wear, damage, or alterations.

  • The return shipping cost will be your responsibility if the reason for the return is not covered by our replacement or warranty policy.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Low-Quality Items

If your item arrived damaged or you believe the quality does not meet expectations, please contact us at contact@modeastern.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please include clear photos showing the issue.
Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or offer a refund promptly.

Order Cancellations

Cancelling Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

Cancelling After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Since our stitched articles are made to order, they are created specifically for you once confirmed—so cancellations or refunds on shipped items are not available.

Warranty on Clothing

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, please let us know—we’ll make it right.

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The product is clearly defective or has visible production flaws.

  • You did not receive your order within 60 business days from the order date.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

Important Note on Returns

Please contact us before sending back any item. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (if applicable).
