All of our stitched articles are made to order with care and attention to detail. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and processing after placing your order. Once ready, your order will be shipped using the courier options listed below.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We deliver across Pakistan using TCS and PostEx courier services. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery status.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to the United States and Canada. All international orders are sent using trusted courier services including DHL, UPS, and USPS.
Shipping times may vary based on destination and customs clearance processes.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this window, all orders will be processed and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@modeastern.com with a clear photo of the item.
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders
